Pizza Pub in Cambridge

AMAZINGGGGGG PIE. For how busy this place was, our food came out really quick, it was hot and fresh, and our server was very friendly and efficient. Repeat customer for sure.

We got a lumberjack burger, chicken strips, fries and onion rings. Food was amazing! Suprr fast delivery!! Very friendly and helpful staff when ordering on the phone and very nice delivery person!!

Good food , prices are reasonable , wait staff responsive to customer needs !!!

First time here for a retirement party and I split a bacon cheeseburger pizza and wow! So stinkin good!! The pickles totally made the pizza. So flavorful and cooked just right. With as big of a party, there was only one server and she did an awesome job with constant attention given to all. Definitely will be back.

The pizza was ok, called ahead but still had to stand waiting for another fifteen minutes. We ordered the cheeseburger pizza largest one, when we arrived home it was very big taking in the fact of the cost. We thought high for what we got, wasn't that hot & only were 2 minutes from where we were bringing the pizza to share. Others commented on it wasn't that tasty nor cut all the way through, but we managed.

I've been going here for the past 8 weeks for dinner, drinks and bingo ( 58# for the jackpot for the past 16 weeks) and it gets very busy on that night. This week they decided to reserve tables for NON bingo players regardless if you were there to eat and then play. Not to mention we were moved twice.. The last time for the reason of They had a group coming in to eat and play bingo. (Makes zero sense). There were a lot of upset PAYING customers, some even had to leave due to lack of room. Mind you they have a full banquet room downstairs they could have used, or brought up more tables for customers.I do not recommend this establishment due to rude and lazy customer service and wait times to get anything you order. They hire waitresses that are not old enough or smart enough to make alcoholic drinks, and have to rely on the busy bartender to do it for them. I've waited 20 minutes to get a Bloody Mary. This says poor management to me.

It was good. Chicken bacon ranch was delish!

One of the best pizzas I've had in a long time. Coming from Duluth, Google showed a 1 1/2 hour slowdown by Pine City, and suggested we head West to Mora and down 65. By Cambridge, it was time for driving relief, and the exit took us to downtown Cambridge, where we found what appeared to be the only open eatery in downtown. It was dimly lit, but adequate. Not noisy, not crowded. We had one of those "pub specials", which had a perfect crust, excellent mix of toppings, great tomato sauce, and a perfect cheese mix. Sounds like an "ok" pizza, huh? I thank MnDot for the detour, and will stop again when I'm in the area.

Good food. But the bartender wasnt good. Sorry, but she was more interested in chatting with her friends than getting our order, drinks or food. I'd do take out from there but definitely wouldnt go for any quality service

Solid food and pleasant environment. Definitely a staple of the Cambridge community.

Waited too long, service is bad here. The pizza here used to be the best in this town, but it has gone downhill. The last straw for me was getting the supreme nachos with pretty much no cheese on it. Pretty much just chips, canned jalapeños, and lettuce. Supremely disappointed.

This used to be our favorite pizza place. As of recently the pizza had come cold and tonight it wasn't even room temp. We couldn't even eat it. $24 down the drain. Go in and pick up if you want warm pizza. The last 3 or 4 pizzas have been so cold and takes over an hour for delivery. Next time I will take that hour and make my own pizza.

Awesome food!

Decent food but terrible customer service. If you order eat in restaurant otherwise your food will be cold when you pick it up and the staff will be in no rush to make sure you have what you need.

This place does have fantastic pizza, but we live 5.7 miles away and we have ordered three pizzas recently on different occasions and they told us it will be there within the hour. None of our pizzas have shown up in that time frame. More like 2 hours for delivery. On one of those occasions they completely forgot we ordered. We have never received any empathy and definitely no compensation. If there where any other decent pizza place around, we would never order from the pub again. We will be sure to go out of our way to tell everyone about our experiences with your service.

Great food and service

Pizza pub has some pretty good pizza. My personal favorite would have to be the chicken Alfredo one...pretty good. Check it out if your in Cambridge and want something beside Casey's pizza (which is bomb a.f.!) Couldn't get the Green Bay Packers game on the T.V. when I had a buddy with me who wanted that game on! I personally thought that was super funny. You shouldn't be a Packers fan anyways, buddy!

I have visited Pizza Pub, Cambridge a handful of times. Consistently, I have the same experience... Really great pizza and mediocre service. Their pizza tastes fresh and is baked to the perfect crispness. It's disappointing that their staff is ill mannered and neglectful. Swearing, leaning and SITTING on the counter tops, on their phones....I hate to say but I feel like it would be a way better experience if there were some adults working there, or at least managing. Hopefully they can turn it around because the pizza is definitely delicious.

Their pizza is delicious and I usually recommend it but last time it was cold when they delivered it and tonight when we ordered it they didn't deliver it at all. We called to see where it was and apparently they had tried to deliver it (somewhere but not my house) but didn't call or notify us regarding the order. Would have been nice to be informed there was a problem.

Very much a home town feel. The food quality is great for a place that caters itself as a bar/restaurant. Not too greasy, and the selection of specialty items is very good. The loaded tots are good. And the chicken is flavorful. It's also very clean and has a game area complete with a pool table, arcade machines, darts, and various other equipment. Kid friendly, and after hours it's set up nicely to hang out with the adults and plenty of TVs to watch the game while throwing back a few.

Cool place but I felt like a burden to the waitress. Wish the service was better

I hate to have to leave this review, I love both the North Branch and Center City locations. Waitress was rude and short the whole time we were there. We had received a $30 certificate for pizza pub that we were told we couldn't use it, we ordered bloodys and were never given the option of spicy or not and were given spicy and when we inquired with our waitress she stated they only had one type, the on the table ad states different as well as the NB location who asked us if we wanted spicy or not. Then charged us for the kids drink that's included in the kids meal... OVERALL miserable experience and simply will not return to this location, Sidelines around the corner has better service and their wings are amazing.

We go there for they’re lunch buffet around 3 times a week. Kelsey the bartender is always there is is always helpful. She busts her butt. Being the only one there during the lunch rush.

Good food and a nice place to hang out.

Pizza and service was good. We had our son's birthday party there on a Sunday afternoon. I wish the games all worked and were a little less expensive but we had a great time anyway.

Food was great. The waitress didn't have a pad to write notes for our order. It was 5 adults and one child. There was times she came back to verify orders. We asked for a second round of drinks at the bar and they told us that they would notify our server. The waitress seemed to focus on other tables over ours. No complaints other than that. Food was great. The prices were good.

Great service and the best pizza ever! Definitely will be back! People you have to try the pizza so worth the wait! Like 30 min. if getting large pub! The best.

Service sucks, very few people in restaurant and waited almost 10 minutes to get asked what we would like to drink. After placing order food shows up just shy of a hour later to only be made with tomatos on wrap that was ordered without tomatoes, 35 minutes later on reorder and wife finally gets her food!! 3 times being here and 3 times failed... good bye pizza pub, NEVER COMING BACK

Service good most of the week, but stay clear on Mondays after 4pm unless you want to play bingo! The pizza dough has changed, not the best as in past years. Other than that still a nice family gathering place.

Food has been decent. However we have had family members on 2 separate occasions get sick after ordering something with chicken. Games aren't always in working order. Service is a bit slow some weekend nights.**Edit** Do not mean to say they were poisoned by the food consumed there, just an odd coincidence that happened after pizza was ordered and a sandwich, both with chicken. I don't believe either reported to MN HD. I myself had not had any issues. I have never ordered chicken here.

This place knows how to serve their clients. Always with a super nice mindset. The food is reasonably priced, constantly flavorful and clean.

Had to take a star away for service. We came in and ordered take out then stayed right by the bar and waited for our food. They forgot about us... I'm not sure how long the food was sitting under the warmer but we had to find someone and have them check on our order. Food was good.

Pizza was very good. Service ok, neither bartender wanted to be there. Smiling goes a long way. Also don't get how you let a customer, I assume a regular, bring in a sandwich from Subway and eat it at the bar...in front of other customers. Seriously? That would be an issue if I were the owner.

Nice place with friendly staff. The drinks and pizza are good but the deep fried pickles are awesome.

Nice staff and good crowd for bingo!

Servers rude and didn’t care about giving a good experience. Drinks were always empty, they forgot to put my sisters order in but didn’t make up for it, and it was not a busy environment but the service was slow. Food was good, I give them that. But it doesn’t hurt to show customer service.

After a recent remodel, the atmosphere has gone from a typical sports bar, to more of a nice sit down restaurant with all the goodness a sports bar has to offer. Just about everything on the menu is great, but I personally recommend the deep fried cheese curds ordered with a side of marinara to dip in.
